 The Senate Judiciary Committee will meet on Monday, May 18, 2009 at 1:00 PM in Committee Room 4, 1st Floor, State House Annex, Trenton, New Jersey.

Permits NJ courts to not enforce defamation judgments from foreign countries under certain circumstances.

S-2763

Cardinale/Sarlo

Eliminates statute of limitations in cases brought under the "Survivor's Act" where the death resulted from murder or manslaughter under certain circumstances.
